Larry Avery
Chief Executive Officer
With over 40 years working for Southern California Gas Co. and having held positions as the Director and Chairman of the Board for Southern California Gas Co. Credit Union, Larry has profound managerial and leadership experience and has brought his exceptional work ethic to BWG Racing Inc. Larry has been a part of the motorsports community since he was a child and is excited to bring people from all walks of life to the track to continue spreading the love of the motorsports community across America!
Dale Avery
Chief Financial Officer & Chief operating officer
Having 36 years of experience as a leading executive at State Farm who spearheaded corporate DEI movements, in addition to being the President of 100 Black Men of central Illinois for 10 years, Dale has had a profound impact on his community and communities around the world. By encouraging the growth and development of the youth through educational programming and mentorship programs with organizations such as Boys and Girls Club and the United Way, Dale brings his love of Motorsports and his passion for inclusiveness together to bring change to this generation and the next.

Felton Avery
Diversity Officer
Working in the field of Education for 40 years, his experience working with a wide variety of students and co-workers from different backgrounds helps propel his abilities as BWG Racing’s Chief Diversity Officer. He has held multiple positions throughout his time in the field of Education and is looking forward to encouraging people of all ages, colors and creeds to join together in learning about motorsports and becoming a member of the motorsport's community.
