Dale is a retired State Farm Executive whose career spanned five offices and several different departments over 36 years. Dale has a long history of promoting diversity and inclusion in his community including spearheading corporate D&I initiatives, serving as the President of the 100 Black Men of Central Illinois for ten years, mentoring youth, and participating on the boards of organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club and the United Way. Dale also sits on the Board of Directors for GOYA Ministries, an organization which provides leadership and funding for churches, schools, and orphanages in Kenya.

Both during his career and in retirement he has immersed himself in his church’s high school ministry and Financial Leadership Team, as well as the local school district’s Promise Council. BWG Racing allows him to bring his love of motorsports and his passion for inclusiveness together to bring change to this generation and the next. Dale and his wife Laura celebrate the ever changing lives of their young adult daughters, Megan and Jenna.
